As much as I hate to say it, because of the direction they went, they look like any other stinky pink sheet now. Gonna take a miracle to attract new investors unless the next Q due in three weeks is a complete and total turnaround.

As we sit right now:

120,000,000 Authorized Shares
21,152,453 Shares Outstanding
5,537,500 Floating

And their net is running at a loss and they just recorded a whopping 60% increase in YOY losses!.

Only thing missing is for the outstanding shares to get dumped into the float and we'll be no different than all the other pink sheet crap out there. Plus with Larry boy holding his trusty preferred now, the entire outstanding count can be dumped and he still has control.
