Are you familiar with.... under a 144 restriction?

That debt was not renegotiated to be aged debt. Those shares were not ever issued per the information from the transfer Agent (TA).

Also, the proof is right in the post that you made bringing up the matter as if it was an issue. Within your post and within the BLDV filing as I have confirmed such too, those BLDV shares will be restricted for a year per 144 restriction which again, is what you posted from the filings.

I'm not sure why you are asking me this as I suggest you go back and re-read your post and re-read what's in the filing of which you posted. Also, here's the SEC link for that rule to confirm the one year requirement as I had stated:
