KeepItRealistic, why those shares are a nonissue...

If one were to research the BLDV share structure info per the Transfer Agent (TA) updates, it is clearly evident that those 500 million shares have not even been issued as of yet.

Those shares will be restricted for at least one year upon being issued... if they are ever issued.
