That is total BS. The Finacing PR is a given & is based on the Valuation Rpt. Both Valuation & Financing are intrinsically linked together like sunlight is to photosynthesis.
2 weeks ago Jennifer Zimmons told me on the phone that Jack Hanks, MMEX CEO, already had the Valuation report from Dotty Scott. AND a poster here, has said that after speaking with the Co. that both the Valuation and Financing are indeed both going to be in a PR. He also confirmed with the Co. that they already have the first tranch of funding which sounded quite sizable from a well known source.
