I think $NSAV will do just fine despite someone dropping the ball re: 8K's. Tilton is taking full responsibility for this according to his/$NSAV's Twitter account.

First of all, I am 100% responsible for the 8-K not being filed yesterday. I should have made sure the old SEC filing codes worked weeks ago
