EW, exactly, its obvious that we'd be a little top heavy with Ray Jackson taking on the leadership role of CEO and the previous CEO still in the trenches so now that the merger continues to procede reconsideration of where nest to contribute is likley. Ray Jackson has said that he looks forward to taking on that role and I don't expect it to be a figure head position. Carl Sherman thinks his strong suit is the sales/marketing/business development direcion of the business so what's not to like. And David is continuing to do for us what he has done best. At this point in the evolution of the leading edge of the ETLC business I'd spend that money for more feet on the street closing business personally.
