I know and the point was Peregrine has not appealed till now and Peregrine has not been in front of the Nasdaq hearings panel....

I gave the link of all hearings panel meetings and NONE in 7 years been reported so it shows really no biotechs or any company has appealed in a long time....

I think Peregrine appealed because they have nondisclosures to report to the Nasdaq Panel for verification and reasons why they are valued over $1

Notice on that hearings panel they accepted companies statements and that should happen here with Peregrine....IF they disclose ENOUGH puzzle pieces (nondisclosures) to prove Peregrine needs a bit more time for things to fall in ASCO place
