Does it say that as of Monday Trump can fire the head of Consumer and FHFA?

Best I can see 85% of the EO's from trump are to review and report back and I assume this is the same but frankly did not know it got to the issue of a director who has some autonomy

While not being able to be fired is a bummer - to give this power to the PRESIDENT is banana republic style. In the past the various such agencies had 5 or 7 person leadership councils who did the hire and fire
