Raymond Ruiz did not sign the "second" $ZMRK-annual-report. Zalemark originally published a quarterly report and labeled it as the annual report. I saw that and wrote about here. They still had a few days to get it published prior to the 90 day window closing. So they did that. They published it. BUT, CEO puppet Raymond Ruiz wasn't around to sign the new report. Someone else signed or tried to forge his signature. Check it out with the links at the bottom.

The $ZMRK-idiots-corrected-their-mistake.__I-didn't-get-a-"thank-you"-for-spotting-it-and-posting-how-inept-they-are. They also didn't make other easily spottable corrections. Nobody at Zalemark proof reads an important document before releasing it. Or maybe they do. Whatever...they're all idiots.

The $ZMRK idiots didn't publish the Annual Report. It's for a three month period ending December 31, 2016...not the full year. Totally inept!!!
