Thats a dumb comparison. The facts are what the facts are. The numbers thrown around were based on 57% and 104 million shares. If the numbers were based on those above then if the real numbers are 42% or 30% or what ever then its all bullshit.
as a stock holder I am entitled to the truth so I can make decisions based on the truth. If I can't get the truth I don't belong in this stock. that filing was made to confuse the average investor. How the hell can I tell the real value of the company or its potential if I can't get acurate info?

This is only my opinion. You should research before you invest to limit your risk. When you invest in pinks its all risk and most fail, Never risk more the 10% of your holdings in pink sheet stocks!
