Maybe once they get enough funds together and get all the permits and funding together to start on it, this stock will rise once the ground work is laid for the refinery in 2019. The last post them made said it would be somewhere around that time once they get it all together. Right now they have to see if they can get enough money together to keep operating for the next 12 MONTHS. According to the last financials I saw released on line, they stated that are in the red and are working on funding for operating expense money at that point. Now that may have changed since they've sold a lot of these penny stocks lately. I haven't seen financials for this quarter but hopefully they'll get it together soon.
