The Technology System of EV3.0

The EV3.0 is the culmination of technological achievements of seven years research and development. The R&D was lead by invited senior researcher HAN Jianfang, and the EV R&D team from Tsinghua University under supervision of Professor CAI Jiming, of the Institute of Economics (http://www.tsinghua.edu.cn/publish/ies/3294/2010/20101214200925249731100/20101214200925249731100_.html).

The achievement is manifested on sample cars of two models. One is a swap mode electric sedan with 340 km range (single cell 2.2 ah) and 390 km range (single cell 2.6 ah), developed on the platform of Cowin C3 (http://www.cowinhome.com/cowinIndex.html). The other one is a charge-swap dual-mode seven sitter SUV with range of 430 km (single cell 2.2 ah), 503 km (single cell 2.6 ah) and 625 km (single cell 3.2 ah), developed on the platform of Cowin V3.

These two models clearly have advantages over Nissan LEAF and Tesla Model S over the critical technical parameters. ( I omitted the table here).

Among eighteen technical parameters, both EV3.0 models surpass LEAF and Model S in 16 parameters, except the maximum speed and acceleration time from 0-100 km. But Model S is a luxury car in pursuit of the race car experience, that is not our concept of energy saving and environmental friendly. Looking from this point, the EV3.0 has absolute advantages. Therefore, the EV3.0 is the only solution to solving the four big problems which hinder the widespread commercialization of electric vehicles. EV3.0 products will win the future market.
