Just realized that FINE magazine (Fine home and living) -- a very well respected magazine owned by John Winfield.
The press release states that $ADHC will be working with FINE magazine to create the website - www.cannabisbusinessnow.com and a quick search using WHOIS and it certainly does prove that ADHC via John Winfield own the website www.cannabisbusinessnow.com
Their approach is to help businesses in thr cannabis markets and the relationship to a very successful magazine in San diego is definitely going to work out in $ADHC favor IMO.
