this company was bought out last year by the guys who ran Venn Life Sciences in the UK .. new company Integumen just listed on the London stock exchange, many shareholders like myself bought in last yr with then a 1 yr wait period and are now just waiting for the shares to be converted to the new company .. closer to end of yr we will get our shares in the new co.
