No I never said a thing about jail, clearly we were manipulated and mis-led. I stand by that 100%. I don't really give two shits about him, although I acknowledge and pay homage to his talent and connections, I do not admire his manipulation of shareholders, or the deceptive and chiding behavior of those within his organization, or former org.
I simply stated that in the event the 13 mil ends up on another companies balance sheets. I will personally organize the legal action, ( Hint I'm extremely well placed to do that) I dont believe that that will be necessary.
Many have sold because they were lied to! I did not because I know even the most crooked CEO will say something when he has nothing to back up his claims,they all come up with some B.S.or another. The fact that i Brands treated all us shareholders like crap and lied to us continuously for weeks while telling us nothing in the end
tells me that whatever they have is so huge they can tell us all to freak off, and not give a crap.
That is how I know I am golden. I have not been holing from the trips. I bought in based on news that dropped after Feb 28th, so I don't feel a shred of loyalty or gratitude for anything MO did prior to that date. I invest in companies. I do not get sentimental, and I certainly don't get sentimental over individuals who undertake business ventures like iBrands in order to fabulously enrich themselves. I simply pay close attention to how they plan to acheive their results, and the implication for my dollars.
I know that Ogburn wants to maximize the value of his 500 mil shaes and he did the hard work to acheive that, most CEos take the easy route in penny land and screw investors, because they have neither the product, the means, or the resources to truly make or grow a company. Michael clearly has all three. I will give him credit for that.
