Coach, he made an interesting comment at one of the recent conferences, he basically stated that some of the mouse models were shot with so much amyloid that when it was removed the mouse responded more so to the volume than affect. I never heard that before, he went on to saying some of the mouse models weren't realistic in these previous trials.

I remember Dr. Alkon saying something like that ("mouse models modified to overexpress Amyloid by 5X"). The drugs tested in the mice worked great in removing Amyloid, but then failed to reverse Alzheimer's in human testing.

As you and most here know, Dr. Alkon, in all his presentations, has been consistent that synapse reversal is the key. While amyloid and tau are part of Alzheimer's presentation, they occur much later in the disease process, after synapses have degenerated.
