excel, a respected shareholder such a you, expressing this type of candor, makes you more valuable than ever to many fellow shareholders. IMO
I know I ask a lot of questions, but these may actually be timely and significant. What happens if the 400 million authorized shares proposal is voted down? Is there an alternative? If we could only get some REAL evidence that the tech is really on track, I wouldn't be so leery of this deal.
