Hi Change. I'll explain:
* Now LLBO owns 8M shares of the total of 24M OS Cyrcadia (=33%)

* Cyrcadia is raising money 6.5M shares @$1

* after issuing the option of the patents LLBO gets 4.67M shares

* so LLBO has 8+4.67= 12.67M shares and the OS Cyrcadia will be 24+6.5+4.67= 35.17M shares

Therefore LLBO will have 12.67/35.17= 36.0% of the OS Cyrcadia.

(Maybe Cyrcadia has to issue more shares, because of the option they gave to investors, if they issue them...
But imo LLBO will have minimum 30%)
