Your doom and gloom of .0003 is baseless.

I said 003, not 0003 and the stock was at 003 just a few weeks ago. I don't think it's gloom and doom, it's not even an unlikely scenario over time. Never talked about tomorrow. Why do you think they raised the A/S lately?

That said just do whatever you wanna do. I simply pointed out to you how toxic financing works, doesn't mean you can't trade the stock in between conversions or whatever. Was never my point. I for one am not buying a stock with a fresh new 100k toxic convertible note out. But that's just me. Others will and that makes a market. Good luck.
