You obviously don't understand that the lower the stock goes the more shares they will get at the time they decide to convert. So yes it will be tens of millions of shares eventually. Not tomorrow, but in the future. If you come up with a 1.7 million share number then you obviously have no idea what toxic financing is, otherwise you wouldn't come up with a fixed share number since it's totally unknown how many shares they will get for that loan in the future whenever they decide to convert. It's totally based on the share price in the future. So yes my statement was 100% accurate.

Let me give you an example, maybe you can understand it then. Let's say the stock goes to 003 over time again where it was a few weeks ago and they would suddenly decide to convert which they can at any time. They would at that time convert for 0015 (50% discount) so only the 35k loan (it will go up over time to 105k) would give them more than 23 million shares. Do you get the picture now?

If they have taken 70k from that loan at that time, they would get 46 million shares if the stock goes to 003 and they would decide to convert. Like I said, possibly tens of millions of shares and very likely.

Now I can't make it any more clearer for you, I hope you got it now.
