From SINO Cosco's subsidiaries Partners contracts (pr's)- "SINO will receive a percentage of the total amount of each transportation fee for the arrangement of inland transportation services shipments into U.S. ports". "we are able to ensure that our customers in China will be connected with short haul trucking transportation services for all shipments arriving in New Jersey and New York ports".

As mentioned before any increase of Shipping between China & U.S almost pure net income for SINO (currently Profit Margin at 42%, one of highest the whole Market ever, and holds no L.t Debt)

A/o today- P/E sector ratio is several times sino's P/E. a double digit PPS not loo long from today if you ask me.

4 institutional investors raised stakes in Sino-Global Shipping America recently.

Folks pumping all the failed Greek Shipping companies (DCIX net loss $126m, DRYS net loss $120m, SB net loss $51m, ESEA net loss $27m, GLBS Net loss $2.8m).
SINO is not Greek (a Non Foreign company) w/completely different biz model (Logistic Company combined with shipping thru it's 3 Cosco's subsidiaries partners. a big winner Biz Model if you ask me and Maybe one of it's Kind the whole Sector). that's why she beats twice and EPS surged exactly 1000% since Mid- 2016.

Most amazing is that Only 3 companies have 50%+ profit margin ever, Wall-Street History: GILD BIDU GGP
https://www.fool.com/investing/general/2016/03/21/3-large-cap-stocks-with-the-highest-net-profit-mar.aspx

SINO currently at 42% Profit Margin, profitable.
https://ycharts.com/companies/SINO/profit_margin

Here Are a Few Stocks With Fat Profit Margins: CHMT (39%), GLW (30%), BLK (30%), PACW(32%) http://finance.yahoo.com/news/few-stocks-fat-profit-margins-175455071.html. SINO beats them all too.

RLGT (another profitable shipping company), a $270m Shipping Company has only 1.3% profit margin and huge debt ($147m L.T Debt, SINO No L.T Debt). SINO's EPS 3 times RLGT's EPS!.
SINO is a $20m cap company. the meaning is SINO's actual Value is higher than RLGT
!.

So far Management have done everything mentioned in previous pr's and Management clearly mentioned in pr's more contracts ahead. Sino Already Completed the development of full-service logistics platform, and a website portal to seamlessly connect shipping customers with short-haul trucking transportation services throughout the U.S. accessible through the Company’s website.

A STRONG BUY w/ impressive Reward IMO.

Finally, I believe there are not many trade-able shares as most are locked up in strong hands by both Insiders and institutional investors, it's thin IMO.
