no, it did not. lol read it again. debt deferred till 2018 and notes due in july will be paid off during upcoming aquisitions. os under 100 million and will not be rising. what more do you want? eltz is a gem. how many otc companies out there are sitting this pretty with under 100 mil os and two upcoming aqusitions and notes paid off and deferred, which means no new dilution?
