However as you mentioned Dude , it will take a sale before QSEP takes off.
When this happens and the industry is aware Of the working AOT there will be plenty of tax to pay . It will than matter which state QSEP calls home .

I believe QSEP CEO is looking ahead , not looking back 10-15 years
As some on this blog have done .
