I feel like a gladiator in the field waiting for the thumbs up or down.

I like that one : ) and think of the crowd ....think of the roaring crowd .... I bet there was influence during that waiting period to see a thumbs up or down and the less the crowd roars and voices their opinion in synch....the more of a chance there is that those in control try to control the answer...

The more the crowd roars and voices their opinion the LESS of a chance of a manufactured outcome...

Right now the Nasdaq appeals panel may be listening to the WRONG crowd! And I do believe they need to be given a wake up call and be placed on notice ...that many are taking notice as we wait for the thumbs up or down ...

Of course a thumbs up should be sent to grant Peregrine the extension

How about everyone sending Anne McFadden a message ... could be a simple Tweet or email or registered letters and let the Tustin colosseum be heard loud and clear...

Maybe they don't think anyone is paying attention? There are lots of fraud investigators out there and maybe some are watching the Nasdaq Panel closely for any type of wrong moves

I hear it's March for Science ....and all I can picture is certain Big Pharma types saying March for silence

Some interesting DC politics in play possibly here ....so the Nasdaq Panel must be informed that many are paying attention
