Well, SPCL is aiming for June 16 closing date. I am assuming there will be a super 8K merging all companies together. 30 days of beta testing and recoding, and then another round of testing. Assuming the app has a few bugs which requires fixing...., ya I would say 4-6 weeks.

It doesn't mean the stock won't run before.
