Good points. I also never got any read how any of the avastin arm patients were doing... zero anecdotes on social media or Inspire so we only have the historic averages... but if you look at the prior individual studies of Avastin, they can range around a bit as well but have an average of around 8 months. Even the anecdotes can be confusion... I've seen patients on Inspire who only got 1 dosage of VB-111 on the Globes trial, progressed immediately, yet are alive and functional 8 months later. Others have succumbed after a few dosages. Conversely, the CR I've followed is no longer durable on the GLOBES trial, had a progression, another surgery, got Keytruda, had an awful reaction, major infection with another surgery! then antibiotics, and is now feeling great about a ear after starting the GLOBES trial. So following anecdotes -- in retrospect-- is kind of a waste of time. The chatter issue or lack of it can be read in a number of ways. Inspire is composed of desperate folks looking for the latest regarding clinical trials. There as much in the dark as any of us as to what may be working. Now that the trial has finished recruiting, there has been a drop off in news/threads.

Rumsfeld and you said it best... too many unknown unknowns, but we should have news soon with the interim.
