I quit the dippage / smokeless tobacco about 7 weeks ago.
Constant habit since 1984.

Tried to quit many times before.
I recommend dipstop.com and buying the bacoff substitute.
Mix it 50/50 with the regular stuff for a few weeks then quit.
Worked for me. I still dip the nicotine free stuff some.
But big freaking deal. That is just a reflex with beer or yard work.

Share the dipstop.com info with ANYONE you know who dips.
I have 2 guys on it and they are about to quit I think.
Cool beans.

But MAN! Drinking is not the same without nicotine.
Heard many say it.
They were right.
