The letter being sent is also misleading and leaves out some VERY important information.
For one, filing audited filings with the SEC does NOT get them off the Grey Market. They got to also get those filings past the SEC. And THEN there are the SEC rule violation committed since the settlement with the SEC which the "letter" makes no mention of.
