10K delayed due to reasons outside of control. It's amazing how each time this ceo comes up with a new story of his dad without fail to try convince the shareholders he's no scammer. i wish his dad also told him to choose right people for the job to have the work completed. how could a ceo aiming for cse listing choose such easy go auditors to prepare the filings!!!
