Judgement Debtor NTEK failed to abide by a legal court order directed by a judge presiding over the Long Side case in the Circuit Court of Broward County.
You might recall, the judge in this case ordered NTEK to fulfill all discovery obligations within 20 days - regardless of whether they had secured new counsel or not by that time. NTEK did not abide by that court order.
Long Side has now filed a motion set before the court with a hearing on May 3, wherein they have asked the judge to sanction NTEK by suspending all trading of the company's securities.
Trade 'em if you got 'em IMO, as suspension of trading in NTEK could become a reality in the next week and a half.
