If I heard Troy correctly on the CC yesterday...national PR, probably on Monday, will include details of the Paul Mitchell schools...Green, Inc. & Red Carpet Productions acquis...and...maybe the other 3 that are lined up also...depending on whether he gets financial numbers he's been waiting on. So...it sounds like he'll be presenting most, if not all the companies that will be in our stable. Then...within a week or so, he'll PR the filing of the Tier 1 Reg-A, which is going to be relatively "air tight", for the SEC to approve. Should be an info packed PR...

That's the way I heard it...anyone that listened to the CC, please correct me if I'm off base.
