Actually, that's not true Grayhair, from what I can see. Last year's annual was filed on 4/14/16 after the NT10K came out on 3/31/16, so they were within the 15 day period.

NAFS is now 20 days out from the NT10K and are setting up to have the "E" added to their symbol, formalizing their delinquency. I honestly don't know what this guy's thinking. Obviously, I've never met him but he seems distracted and unmotivated, squandering time, $$ and potential. If they can't come up with $40K, there's something wrong. Heck, they could maybe even give Northwest some shares just to get the 43-101 out to get the pps up so they can do some real financing, provided the report is positive. There's some piece of the puzzle missing here, imho, but who knows. Maybe the results are actually marginal and CEO is stalling. When a guy puts a vacation ahead of a multi-million dollar venture, you know that it, well, might not be a multi-million dollar venture.

Just my 2 cents. We will see in short order if he's been lying and making stuff up. If nothing happens next week, I think we can probably kiss this goodbye, pick up our toys and go home. Just my very humble opinion as always, ss
