The part I don't get is IX is the grower....IBrands was the distributor so we still could be in it but I really don't know how that would work.
Also - The financial forecast for IXB included in the acquisition does not have any part of the contract in it... numbers are far to small for them to have taken it...
IS the distribution deal really with lightwave? Did Ibrands as the shell have access to the deal thru lightwave as an investor but never really had the true contract rights? Did we ever see a signed contract for the distribution deal? I truly can't remember.
