I don't put anything past Peter Michaels, so I think there is a real possibility they are the same person. Obviously, I don't have any proof.

Maybe the two Peters involved are one in the same persons? Might be a bit of a stretch, but who knows?

So, they are doing a 3 for 1 SS, as announced on twitter (how great is that, no PR, just a tweet)...

Last Feb 14, they increased the shares, from 75,000,000 to 245,000,000 plus 5,000,000 in preferred shares. Wonder about the details on the preferred shares.

ANYWAY, now they are issuing MORE shares? is that what they are doing? Or are they just now announcing what they did in Feb.

75 x 3 = 225 - so the Feb split wasn't 3 for 1

So, it seems to me there is another increase. Now there will be 735,000,000 shares? Assuming they don't triple the 5 Mil PS.

Not sure about the bankruptcy part, could be too much exposure for Petey.

It will be interesting to see how he is going to play his new game.
