ORDER denying 23 , Perez's Letter Request, seeking a modification of the Protective Order, dated August 28, 2015. During the Hearing, when the court was addressing the disclosure of Defendants' sensitive material, the Court stated it would issue a protective order to resolve the impasse. In the Court's view, a protective order is appropriate under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26. During the telephone Hearing, Perez did not attempt to suggest any necessary terms nor did the Plaintiff register any objections. Nonetheless, the Court is not persuaded by Perez's argument to modify the Protective Order. If fact, if the Court was to adopt Perez's recommendations, the Protective Order would be rendered a nullity. Therefore, the Request is denied. SO ORDERED. Signed by Magistrate Judge Randolph F.
