(I currently own 105 million shares of #THCT. (95%). I will continue to return shares back to our Treasury as Major acquisitions take place & other deals are done. I am going to use my personal stock to do some awesome things for THC Therapeutics. I am not aware of any other CEO in the cannabis industry (or any other ) that has as much control as I do. That is a blessing & a BIG gift for our company & shareholders. This guy is in no way greedy & does not need anywhere near 95% ownership of #THCT!!! I will do my best to limit any dilution that would occur as deals get done. Because of all the stock I own I am looking into some VERY MAJOR acquisitions. LAS VEGAS, April 21, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- THC Therapeutics (THCT) is offering a Reg D private placement to accredited investors, through which we will raise up to $3,000,000. Proceeds from this offering will start the process for THC Therapeutics to become a fully reporting company to the SEC. 50% of the money raised will go towards mergers and acquisitions, the other half will go toward general business operating expenses. This offering will be good for our company, current shareholders and new investors. An example of the terms is as follows, for a $100,000 investment in this private placement, the investor will receive $120,000 of common stock 1 year from the date of investment. The price per share will be determined by the market value at the time the common stock will be issued. This correlates to a 20% return on investment. Minimum investment is $25,000. Investors would have to hold for one year and this could present substantial risk to the investor. That structure does not work at all for THC Therapeutics.
