Just what would you call when a CEO talks about upcoming movies that he

is going to produce this year along with we will have a audit and form 10?

Would you classify that as stock manipulation and harmful to us investors

who believed him and invested?

My personal opinion a chat room talk is not even close to a CEO who has

responsibility with what is supposed to be credibility stating he is going

to do things not for months but for years that he never does. I also

believe Eric had rather be dragged through a barn yard of cow manure

covered with barbed wire naked than have to produce audits and form 10's.


I hope the stock goes to the moon but his threatening stock posters is

absurd to say the least.
