sounds promising...one would think that central gov approval should have been received or anticipated if the province is doing all this...

but i'd like to know if approval has in fact been given...or if anticipated, a timeline...

it appears to me that all the people involved are at the provincial level...

i bought shares recently in anticipation of news about financing being released...if i get vietnam approval, that'll do...if i get both, even better..

but so far, i definitively have neither...
