Seems like JJ must be close to unfit to serve if Edwad will have to "roll him out" anyway.
Looks like Edwad needs some training himself if he cannot properly make an otc filing, He has had since Dec 2015 to get the filing ready.
Maybe the Canna 2% of nothing definitive agreement is confusing him since he is only used to placing zeroes in all the blanks of the filings.
Zero revenue, zero profit, zero morals, professionally bankrupt.
