Columbia is a VAT tax regime. Just like Europe, but completely unlike the US or Canada. Your link is not applicable to VAT regimes.

The release referred to "finished" products, which is a VAT term. If it was a tax on revenue (sales), it should have specified that. But it did not at all.

If NEWC was actually compliant with their legal obligations to file with the SEC that disclosure would be required to be included. But since NEWC is 2 years delinquent........
