Can someone walk me through how a RM would work and their take on it? Wouldn't it only be beneficial if dreamlife assets >ibrc assets?


Does ibrc have assets? 13mil deal is in the wind for at least now.... could the 13mil deal have belonged to one of the sub companies of ibrc (was 'Corix the owner'? And deal closes prior to ahit buyout so it didn't have to be reported on?) and not be held to the same standard as a public ally traded company?
