No, it is trading for a penny because it is not a legitimate mining company, but instead appears to be a common insider enrichment scheme. Many of their transactions are very questionable, but especially the 3(a)(10) agreement with Rockwell.

Frankly, the stock looks grossly over priced at a penny. Especially since it is seriously delinquent with the SEC in both its periodic and annual filings AND their non-compliant Form 10, which they never even bothered to respond to the SEC about, even after repeated warnings. The stock can be suspended, and its registration revoked, at any time. It is not a question of if, but when.
