Amazing how the accumulation on the RVUE daily chart continues to increase but MMs such as WABR & CDEL continue to try to block a breakout in share price.

Tells me some heavy hitter wants the share price in a certain range...the question is who is that heavy hitter and why?

My guess is RR ;)
