don't complain , just use your shares to vote no on RS or put up to 2 for 1 instead by writing that in etc.

then write in Stephen m Chu name on the ballot to replace the board of directors ie vote no on current board members , then write in Stephen M. Chu the one that filed the 13g and he will fix things up for shareholders

do not waste time complaining just use your voting power to get what you want instead

I know Stephen M. Chu personally - shareholders need to work together to enhance value by VOTING out the BOD & bringing in new blood that will work with shareholders
