And, without reserves and without performing the required exploration and development studies, the chances of NEWC actually mining coal anytime in the next several years is pretty much ZERO.

A company just can't come along and start digging up minerals. It takes years and tens of millions of dollars in exploration and development work. NEWC has really done NOTHING, by their own admissions to the SEC. It is a pipe dream.
