I don't think it was a question .The only difference is now ,they got rid of all shareholders (retail) ,now only handful on insiders hold all the shares.Vote? With all my 5 shares ? :o)
Maybe this time not Generex should sue Adam for $250 millions ,because he told the truth about Generex (see 2010) ,but shareholders should sue Mark and Joe for the same amount,let's say,for lying for 8 years,even in this very moment :o)
