I have no skin in this game. Just seems like common sense to me that if the CEO himself tells you he is about to dilute, and then tells you there are notes converting on top of that, he is flat out saying the stock will go down.
Even if you love the company, people, and everything else about it, why lose money when you don't have to?
Like I said, I have no position here and do not want to come off as a basher or anything, so I will stop posting now.
