Faith, I know your post was directed towards Big Daddy but I Just to clarify my previous posts. Eeverytime I've spoken to Burg he has said that they gave everything to lenders and are waiting for underwriter aproval but he said he feels they are very close when I called him last night. He said Pandey was in Nigeria overseeing operations of the company which of course would include securing funding along with everything else.

I don't think he could say that he was there finalizing the loan even if he new that because that would be insider trading. I know if he said that to me I would have pumped another $200,000 into this this morning.

I feel that he thinks they will get it and I'm holding. If I've implied otherwise then I hope this sets it strait to anyone concerned.
