Makes me wish I had an IB account funded...
Yeah, this seems like he is a bit naive. He is assuming just because people like the company, they will ride the stock price down as opposed to waiting to see if it works out, then buying after the dilution and very likely r/s. (Unless he is planning to short it too... you never know)
Either way, this PR should be a HUGE warning flag for everyone here...

I tried being resonable, I didn't like it.
