Cel Sci Corporation (CVM)

I'd like to ask the cvm guru's here their best guess as to how much money CVM has left? The next round of dilution has to be very close according to every other round we've seen in the past. I know they did two back to back but they've got to be ready for another round. Also LC I remember you saying something about CVM not being able to dilute anymore shares do to exceeding a limit. Please excuse my ignorance this info isn't within my normal wheelhouse, but nor is this type of long, long term trading.
